The Corruptus is a Custom Night-exclusive antagonist in Oblitus Casa. The character originated from a fanmade remake of an older version of Five Nights at Treasure Island named "Abandoned: Discovery Island", or "Five Nights at Treasure Island: Found", where it was simply named Corruptus.
Extras Bio
"Originally known as just 'Corruptus', this character hails from a fan revival of FNaTI called Abandoned: Discovery Island, from back when the fate of the official version of the game was left in question. Despite contradicting the established lore of Abandoned by Disney, many believed the game and this character to be officially connected to FNaTI, leading some in the fanbase to conflate Hourglass in FNaTI 2020 with Corruptus. Now, he finally makes his debut in official FNaTI game, complete with a redesign and minor name change."
Appearance
The Corruptus is a combination of Photo-Negative Mickey, The Face, and Mortimer, with a glitchy mass of glowing, green pixelated blocks surrounding him. He has disproportionate mouse ears, identical to that of The Face’s. His eye sockets and mouth are wide open and hollow, revealing that the inside of his head is completely empty and is replaced with static noise. He has no feet, but has the ability to always hover above the ground.
Behavior
Some of his duplications will appear randomly in the cameras, blocking the view of the toons that are in the room with it, it also cannot be seen when the player already shut off the camera it's looking if Photo-Negative Mickey or Oswald is active in a night (only exclusive on patches 1.0.0 and 1.0.1). To avoid them, the player must do one of two things; change the camera or flip down the monitor. Otherwise, if they stare at his duplications for too long, The Corruptus will begin to start moving in CAM 5, CAM 1, CAM 3, and CAM 6 every time they look at his duplications for too long. After CAM 6, he'll reach the Office and kill the player after a few seconds.
NOTE: current patches (2.0.0 or later) have made his mechanic a bit harder, his duplicates will appear more often when you switch to another camera, and also can be seen in a shut off camera if Photo-Negative Mickey or Oswald are active in a night, his duplicates can be paused when using the music box and the camera flash button.
Unlike all of the customizable characters in the Custom Night, The Corruptus gives the player an instant death; no Post-Mortem minigame will play after his jumpscare, but instead, play the Game Over screen like Inkblot Face and MickMick in Night 5. His progress will also not revert after the player gets a second chance at life.

- The Corruptus was originally an unofficial antagonist in Abandoned: Discovery Island.[1]
- In Abandoned: Discovery Island, Corruptus is the final boss of the good ending route.
- Many people believed that Corruptus was the identity of Hourglass, due to both being amalgamations of characters that appear as bosses in their respective game's sixth nights. Hourglass is a mix of all of the main toons from Five Nights at Treasure Island with the exception of The Face, whilst Corruptus was three of the main Mickey suits combined together, specifically Photo-Negative Mickey, The Face, and Suicide Mouse (Willy and Hourglass were part of the Corruptus too in his Revision 1 appearance).
- The term "Corruptus" in Abandoned by Disney lore defines a type of entity instead of a singular entity.
- The Corruptus' jumpscare sound is actually a low-pitched version of his original jumpscare from Abandoned: Discovery Island, with an echo effect at the end.
- In the game he originates from, The Corruptus had three lines, which are "Let's have some fun", "I know that you're in there", and "You can't run away from me". The first two lines were added to the game, albeit rerecorded by the same voice actor, Toonster, whilst the third voice line was left out.
- Toonster originally played Corruptus in Abandoned: Discovery Island, here he reprises his role as the character again.
- The malformed Mickey duplicates are based on the distorted Mickey that appears alongside Corruptus in his Staff Area render from Abandoned: Discovery Island.
- The Corruptus and Mortimer are the only characters in game that are rendered within the rooms.
- This is due to the objects that levitate around him, which is another reference to Corruptus in Abandoned: Discovery Island, where Corruptus is able to make the objects in rooms float, make the rooms upside-down, or even lose their texture.
- The Corruptus and Mortimer are the only characters who have a static in their eyes.
- The Corruptus' voice line "We are all abandoned" is a reference to the game he hails from. Abandoned: Discovery Island.
- The Corruptus' lore in Five Nights at Treasure Island is currently a secret.
