Suicide Mouse is a Easter Egg antagonist in the first version of Five Nights at Treasure Island, also known as Remastered 1.0, created by AnArt1996.
Appearance[]
Suicide Mouse bears a strong resemblance to the Mickey Mouse as first depicted in his early cartoons; as all of his colors are in grayscale, similar to Willy, though his proportions more closely match his modern appearances (especially when in comparison to Photo-Negative Mickey and Willy); because of this, Suicide Mouse and Classic Photo-Negative Mickey are quite close to each other in terms of physical appearance.
Behavior[]
Suicide Mouse can activate on any night; primarily Night 1 to Night 3. When he does become active, he will start in the Broadcasting Room, in which the TV will turn on and display a vintage version of the original Mickey Mouse's face, and the music used for the several visual represenations of the creepypasta he originates from will begin to play. Once he gets to the Office, shut off a camera to get rid of him. If the player does not do this, then Suicide Mouse will crash the game. He will remain active for the rest of the night.
Trivia[]
- Suicide Mouse is absent in Classic Mode (despite similarily resembling the classic suits in terms of appearance); due to it being a recreation of the original demo of 1.0, not Remastered 1.0's.
- Suicide Mouse's music will stop the phone call from Greg.
- He is the only character in the game who can change the appearance of a building by replacing Disney posters with a monochrome Mickey Mouse face.
- As opposed to the other suits (excluding Disembodied), Suicide Mouse has not rendered his own jumpscare; hence why he cannot kill the player in the Remastered 1.0's demo.
- The pose Suicide Mouse uses when he enters the Meat Freezer is a reference to the "Suicidemouse.avi" creepypasta that he originates from.
- Suicide Mouse is one of the four characters who lack voice-files currently, the others being Pete and Photo-Negative Minnie.
Suicide Mouse is a Easter Egg antagonist in the first version of Five Nights at Treasure Island, also known as Remastered 2.0, created by AnArt1996.
Appearance[]
Suicide Mouse retains the same model as he does in Remastered 1.0; he is a grayscale Mickey Mouse costume, only being notable for possessing depicted-black eyes; sharing the same appearance to Mickey Mouse from 1930s.
Behavior[]
Suicide Mouse can rarely activate on any night. When he does, he will start in the Broadcasting Room, in which the tv will turn on and display a vintage version of the original Mickey Mouse's face, and the music used for the many visual represenations of the creepypasta he originates from will begin to play. He will take a direct path to the Office through the Meat Freezer. He will be remain active for the rest of the night.
Trivia[]
- Suicide Mouse is the only Easter Egg character in Remastered 2.0.
- In 2.0, the suicide mouse cannot change its environment to monochrome tones, as it was in 1.0.
- In Remastered 3.0, he was renamed to Mortimer.
Suicide Mouse is an Easter Egg antagonist in Treasure Island: Anniversary Edition.
Appearance[]
Suicide Mouse is a monochrome Mickey Mouse suit that wears shorts, gloves and shoes. Normally, he has cartoonish black eyes and a cartoonish mouth. When he is in the Office and during his jumpscares, however, he has wide white eyes and a wide smile with human teeth. He is based off of the suicidemouse.avi creepypasta, where a monochrome Mickey Mouse walks down an empty street while distorted music and other sounds play.
Behavior[]
Suicide Mouse can rarely activate on any night. When he does become active, he will start in the Broadcasting Room, in which the TV will turn on and display a vintage version of the original Mickey Mouse's face, and distorted piano music based off of the original creepypasta-video will begin to play. He will take a straight path to the Office through the Meat Freezer. Every room Suicide Mouse accesses, including the Office, will turn monochrome, and any merchandise in Suicide Mouse's radius will be replaced to have a monochrome promotional poster of the original Mickey Mouse. Any other characters that were already activated will be inactive if Suicide Mouse is active. The player must shut off a camera if Suicide Mouse enters the Office. Unlike the other characters, hiding under the desk doesn't work on him at all. If the player takes too long, Suicide Mouse will kill the player.
Audio[]
- The music that plays when Suicide Mouse is active.
- The screech Suicide Mouse makes when he kills the player. This screech is shared with Photo-Negative Mickey, Acephalous and The Face.
Trivia[]
- Unlike in the final version, Suicide Mouse in the Anniversary Edition is NOT called Mortimer.
- Unlike his official counterpart, he is a suit, not a toon. This is because the characters in Anniversary Edition are suits.
- Also, unlike his official counterpart, the location Suicide Mouse first spawns in is entitled "Broadcasting Room" as opposed to "Broadcasting Studio", as this is the name of the room in the previous versions that Anniversary Edition revives.
- He does not have an exclusive jumpscare for hiding under the desk. Photo-Negative Minnie also has this trait, due to her having a killscreen instead of a jumpscare.
- Suicide Mouse is one of the only two Easter Egg characters in the game, the other being Pluto.
- His appearance in the Office and during his jumpscare is a reference to Gorixgorix's interpretation of Suicidemouse.avi, in which the monochrome Mickey Mouse gained wide white eyes and human teeth near the end of the video.
- With the exception of the Meat Freezer, Suicide Mouse appears with his hands behind his back in every location, just like how he did it in Remastered 1.0.
- His pose in the Meat Freezer is similar to how the monochrome Mickey Mouse walked in Stranger1945's interpretation of Suicidemouse.avi.
- Suicide Mouse appears sad in all of his camera poses, yet appears psychotically happy when in the Office. This is a reference to the original suicidemouse.avi, in which Mickey's expression starts sad, and slowly progresses towards a manic smile.
- Suicide Mouse is the only Easter Egg character to behave similarly to the other antagonists: being in the camera's view every phase; having a set route to the player's office; requiring a foundational game mechanic to progress the night and prevent him from killing the player.
