Post-Mortem is a gameplay section in Oblitus Casa that the player is taken to after being killed by one of the toons, except Inkblot Face, MickMick in Night 5, and The Corruptus in Custom Night. The player is required to locate 3 Mickey heads on the cameras, while fending off against the Shades and Jeff The Killer, in order to gain a second chance in the night they just died in.
Appearance[]
Post-Mortem as a whole appears as a warped and twisted realm, featuring many odd and distorted rooms. It seems to mimic environments from both Five Nights at Treasure Island and Nightmare Before Disney, as each room featured in Post-Mortem derives from their specific locations.

- Shade Photo-Negative Mickey: Stab YBF when he appears at any entrance.
- Shade Goofy: Scare him off with the light when he's at any entrance.
- Shade Minnie: Flip up the monitor if she appears inside the Office.
- Shade Donald: Try not to click on fake Mickey heads.
- Shade Oswald: Stab YBF when he appears inside the Office.
- Shade Sadie: Leave Post-Mortem quickly before she exits CAM 9.
- Jeff The Killer
- Scare him off with the light when he's at either entrance. The player may also stay still to defend themselves, although in updated versions of Oblitus Casa, this can only be done few times before it stops working.

- Post-Mortem was originally supposed to be FNaTI 2 as Night Terrors instead of Oblitus Casa.
- Post-Mortem's mechanics were originally supposed to be explained by Your Best Friend.
- Early on instead of collecting mickey heads to exit Post-Mortem, you were supposed to spam the space button for a meter to fill up.
- Additionally, the monitor only showed Shade Sadie's camera.
