Pete is one of the antagonists in Oblitus Casa.
Extras Bio[]
"Pete is one of Disney's oldest characters, predating even Mickey Mouse himself, and often portrayed as his foil. In Phase 2.0 of FNaTI development, Pete was planned as a non-canon bonus character and was the last thing added to the game before it entered version 3.0."
Appearance[]
Pete's appearance is based on the original version of Pete from Disney in the 1930s, especially from Steamboat Willie. He wears his iconic sideburns, a tall hat and a jumpsuit.
As with the other toons in the game, Pete has rather deformed features, such as his hollow thin eyes that stretch up almost all the way to his forehead, which makes him have a lifeless surprised expression due to his void agape jaw mostly hanging open. He has whiskers that are thinner and more flexible (similar to strings of hair); unlike his original counterpart, which are blocky and short. His hat and jumpsuit also appear to be slanted and sag respectively. Pete's body is rough with a black texture to make him look rather dirty in general.
Behavior[]
Pete is introduced in Night 4 and will appear in the Attic with a sound cue, similar to The Face. If he's in the Attic, the player must pull the lighter away immediately and go back down to the Office. If the player fails to do so, Pete will kill the player. Pete will also make a second sound cue for which you avoided him. However, he stays in the attic until he goes away in a few seconds (only exclusive on patches 1.0.0 and in 1.0.1).
NOTE: Current patches (2.0.0 or later) have made his mechanic harder, as now on higher difficulty levels he will instantly kill the player if they use the lighter whilst he's in the Attic. Additionally, he doesn't make a second sound cue once you get rid of him like in version 1.0.

Trivia[]
- Pete's design is based on the first incarnation of Peg-Leg Pete from "Steamboat Willie".
- Pete is the only Toon in Oblitus Casa to not have a parallel counterpart from Five Nights at Treasure Island, although he was originally planned to appear in a cut exploration sequence for Treasure Island.
- For example, both Willie and Dippy are not the same toons as Photo-Negative Mickey and Acephalous, but they are both the same character albeit in different cartoon forms respectively. Both Oswald and Belial come from the Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoons, Daisy and Disembodied share similar design features and are both known for being non-hostile and making loud quacking noises, Impurity and Photo-Negative Minnie are two different versions of a Minnie toon, and The Face returns from Treasure Island to Oblitus Casa.
- This could also mean Undying doesn’t have a parallel counterpart for Oblitus Casa, unless one counts Henry.

- Besides Dippy and Mortimer, Pete is the second character in the game known to possess unnaturally realistic human-like teeth in the confines of their mouth.
- Even though his description states that Pete predates Mickey Mouse, Pete actually predates Oswald the Lucky Rabbit as well, first debuting in an Alice Comedies cartoon titled "Alice Solves the Puzzle" made in 1925, a full 2 years before Oswald became a character.
- Pete running past the window is a reference to his 2.0 version.
- In the early plans of the game he used to have Corrupted Face's mechanic, with him going away by turning on the lighter in his face.
Pete is an antagonist in the second version of Five Nights at Treasure Island, also known as Remastered 2.0, created by AnArt1996.
Appearance[]
Pete is a large monochrome cat with sideburns, and wears a high hat and overalls, which is secured with a small gray button, as well as high boots. The top part of his hat appears to be missing.
Behavior[]
In Remastered 2.0, Pete would have started off by running past the window in Character Prep 2 and would have then climbed onto the top of the Roof. The rest of his behavior is unknown.

Trivia[]
- Pete and Willy are the only characters that are based on their old counterparts from the 1930s.
- Pete was actually a planned antagonist in Remastered 2.0 and was the last thing AnArt1996 added to the game before he passed game rights to the PuritySinners.
- Along with this, the last thing AnArt1996 made for Remastered 2.0 was the animation of Pete running past the Character Prep 2 window.
- Pete, Slester, and Henry were non-canon bonus characters in 2.0.
- It was originally planned for Pete to be an enemy in 3.0, however, he was eventually scrapped.
- Pete’s arms are actually larger than the original base model
- According to AnArt, Pete was an addition he added since he felt pressured by PuritySin, mainly due to her completely different lore.
Pete is a Custom Night-exclusive antagonist in Treasure Island. He is set to be removed in Treasure Island, alongside Classic Photo-Negative Mickey.
Appearance[]
Pete is almost indistinguishable from his original Disney counterpart from the 1930s. He is a large monochrome cat with sideburns, in a high hat and overalls, which is secured with a small gray button, as well as high boots. On his head there are small whiskers near the nose area, two rows of large teeth, a gray nose and cartoon painted eyes. Also, in Custom Night Pete has a big hat that is missing in 2.0.
Behavior[]
Pete can be unlocked for use in the Custom Night after the player completes the "Clubhouse" Challenge. Periodically, a red flashing indicator will appear next to the monitor button. Open the monitor and switch to the camera with the red flashing dot. If the player takes too long, Pete will kill the player.

- Pete's screech. This screech is shared with all characters, except Disembodied, the Classic characters and Sparky.
Trivia[]
- Pete's design is based on the first incarnation of Peg-Leg Pete from "Steamboat Willie".
- Pete is the only non-Easter egg character in the game to not appear in any of the rooms in the camera monitors before entering the Office, instead physically appearing directly in the Office itself if the player fails to fend him off in a particular camera.
- Pete and Willy are the only toons that don't have any melted features. This is due to them reusing their old models
- Before Pete's renders were in the game, the Team Used Nightmare Chica as a placeholder. Probably to avoid spoiling too much for the final version.
