Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey was one of the planned secondary antagonists in Nightmare Before Disney 2015.
Appearance[]
Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey is an extremely twisted version of the original Photo-Negative Mickey, who looks strikingly different from his original counterpart. He is lacking his signature ears and has an elongated jaw to reveal the red flesh inside of it. He also has wide eye sockets, similar to MickMick, with spikes inside of it and a big bloodshot eyeball with a brown iris in his left eye socket. Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey’s body is also covered in blood, which makes it hard to identify the original inverted colors. He lacks his nose, buttons, right hand, half of his left hand, and feet. The feet has been replaced with four sets of spikes per leg.
Behavior[]
In the demo version of the game, Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey would appear in the doorway of the Office when the player hovers over it, shining their flashlight into him. He would stay there for the rest of the demo. It was unknown how he would act if the game was finished.

- Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey, Nightmare Acephalous, and Nightmare Suicide Mouse are the only characters in the Nightmare Before Disney 2015's demo.
- Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey's texture can be recreated with a Noise texture.
- It was originally believed Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey's model was lost, however it was surprisingly found in a random misc folder while StellaWisps was clearing out files, along with the original NBD 2015 Office as well as Nightmare Acephalous.
- Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey is the only nightmare character to appear in the trailer.

Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey retains the same model as he does in Nightmare Before Disney 2015, albeit retextured for his final appearance; he is an extremely twisted version of the original Photo-Negative Mickey, who looks strikingly different from his original counterpart. He is lacking his signature ears and has an elongated jaw. He also has wide eye sockets, similar to MickMick, with spikes inside of it and a big bloodshot eyeball with a brown iris in his left eye socket. In Nightmare Below Disney, Nightmare Photo-Negative Mickey's left eye is bleeding while his head, pants, gloves and legs are covered in blood. Along with that, his photo-negative coloration is more revealed.
