Ink-Blot Ortensia is one of the secondary antagonists in Nightmare Before Disney 2016.
Appearance
Ink-Blot Ortensia is a Ortensia toon with some features similar to Ink-Blot Oswald. For instance, the spikes on her arm stubs that have blood stains on them, which are much more shorter than Oswald’s. She has rips and tears on her body that reveal purple ink inside. She also lacks feet and her nose. Ink-Blot Ortensia has a wide grinning agape jaw that has glowing white teeth and purple ink strings melting on them. She has few holes on her head, revealing the skull inside her head. The skull can also be seen on her eye sockets. Like most Ink-Blots, she has pin-pricked pupils in her eyes that can glow and change from red, green, and blue.
Behavior
Ink-Blot Ortensia is one of the first characters to become active in Night 1. She starts at CAM 1 and will have a few stages before leaving the camera to go into an another one. In order to get rid of her, look for her in the cameras and press the button with the color of her eyes four times to send her back to her starting place. If the player fails to send her back or press the wrong color, she will kill the player. Getting the heart rate over a hundred will also make her end the game.

- Ink-Blot Ortensia oddly enough is viewed as having much importance in promotional material and in game content. However, as far as it's known she does not serve any major plot relevance to Nightmare Before Disney.
Pumpkin Ortensia is one of the secondary antagonists in Nightmare Before Disney 2016's Halloween Edition.
Appearance
Pumpkin Ortensia bears the appearance of Ink-Blot Ortensia from the non-Halloween edition version of the game, albeit having a complete overhaul to fit the style of Halloween. Like all of the characters in the game, Pumpkin Ortensia has a pumpkin for a head. It has a ghost-like face on it with it’s eyes, a triangular-shaped hole what used to be the nose, and mouth glowing orange. It can also turn black to replace it with fire-like pupils with a smaller pupil on it that can turn red, green, or blue. The flower from Ink-Blot Ortensia’s hat has it’s veins tangled around the vein of the head and has a shade of orange. The ink inside Pumpkin Ortensia’s body and the spikes are colored orange. She also has a black skirt with five sets of white stripes on it.

- Unlike her Ink-Blot counterpart, Pumpkin Ortensia does not have a loading screen, same for Pumpkin Bowl Donald.

Appearance
Although not much is seen of her, her model is shown during her jumpscare. She has the same features from Ink-Blot Ortensia, such as her withering, distorted face, pupils, and the skull in her eye sockets. She also has her spikes, albeit more bloody. There are strings of ink melting in her ear and mouth and if one looks closely, she slightly has shorter eyes. Bent Ortensia's teeth changed drastically, as she does not have ink melting on it. She has red gums and more yellowish and sharper teeth.
Behavior
Bent Ortensia will try to manifest through a drawing, by drawing a logo itself onto the paper. The player must use the pink eraser to get rid of the drawing by shaking their cursor over it. If the player does not interact with it or is too late to do so, Bent Ortensia will kill them.

Inkblot Ortensia retains the same model as she does in Nightmare Before Disney 2016, albeit retextured for her final appearance; she is a Ortensia toon with some features similar to Inkblot Oswald. For example, she has sharp spikes instead of arms, but much shorter than Oswald's. She has rips and tears on her body that reveal ink inside. She also lacks feet and her nose.
