The Heart Rate Monitor is a major mechanic in Nightmare Before Disney 2016, alongside the Pills, Blinking and Ink-Blot Ortensia's Color Combination.
Gameplay[]
To the left side of the screen, there are the Pills, alongside the Heart Rate Monitor that can be flipped up whenever the player wishes to check their Heart Rate.
The longer the player stays looking at the cameras, the faster their heart rate will grow. If it's over 100, the player risks being killed by Ink-Blot Ortensia. Ink-Blot Disembodied also makes the heart rate increase at a rapid rate whenever he's in the office.
