Dippy is one of the antagonists in Oblitus Casa.

"Dippy is a black-and-white toon resembling Goofy. His name references Goofy's original name, 'Dippy Dawg'. Unlike the majority of the Casa cast, Dippy was created for and is debuting in Oblitus Casa."
Appearance
This character’s appearance is based on the old Disney character "Dippy Dawg" from the cartoon Mickey's Revue, which first appeared in 1930. He wears a tall hat on his head and dons a torn vest with a single white button on the middle. He also wears shoes and white gloves.
Like the rest of the Toons, Dippy’s molten body is deformed, and is covered in a black texture, which makes him look like Willie and Pete. He has hollow, empty eye sockets, and an elongated jaw that features a rotten, human-like set of teeth inside it. Upon closer inspection, strings of fluid are seen blocking his eye sockets, and even what appears to be presumably blood leaking out it, alongside with his mouth covered by it. He has strings of hair on his head, whiskers, and ears.
Behavior
Dippy is introduced in Night 4 and starts in CAM 8 and also in CAM 7 (after beating Post-Mortem and exclusive on 2.0.0). Like Willie, he is easily lured by the music, by accessing the button on the top right of the monitor. However, unlike most of the characters who enter the Office through the doorways, Dippy exclusively goes to CAM 9 to break into the Office through the window. Furthermore, he does not show himself on the camera and instead is already at the window, prepared to attack. When spotted, Dippy must be repelled by playing the music to lure him into another room to prevent him from breaking through the window. If the player takes too long, Dippy will retreat and run to the other side before breaking the window, eventually killing the player a few seconds later. During this state, the player is not able to use the monitor as well. It is always best to restrain him from CAM 9 and lure him away from it.
NOTE: Current patches (2.0.0 or later) have made Dippy's mechanic harder, as now if he is spotted at the window he will immediately break through it and kill the player. The player can still draw him away from CAM 9 should he make it there just so long as they don't look at the window.

- A black and white Donald was considered for Dippy's role before finally deciding on him.
- Dippy was planned since the beginning of Oblitus Casa's development, however from 2020-2021 he was named "Monotone" instead.
- Besides Pete and Mortimer, Dippy is the first character in the game known to possess unnaturally realistic human-like teeth in the confines of their mouth.
- Some of Dippy's quotes were directly repurposed from a beta iteration of Acephalous during development of the original 2014 demo.[1][2]
- Dippy is one of two characters that can appear for its second starting location after beating Post-Mortem, such as Photo-Negative Minnie.
- Dippy's lines have no lore-relevance.[1][2]
