Belial (also known as Sadie or Ortensia by the community) is one of the antagonists in Oblitus Casa.
Extras Bio
"Belial is a newly formed toon based on Sadie, or as she's known now, Ortensia. Practically a toddler, Jake must keep her drawing from completing itself to prevent her from forming in the Office. She is based on Ortensia, a character planned for the 3.0 version of FNaTI."
Appearance
Belial is an Ortensia The Cat toon with significant differences from her official Disney counterpart. Unlike the original Ortensia, this version of her appears to have a green top hat and skirt, based on Ortensia's original design. Since she was recently born out of Jake's notepad, she appears to be unfinished, evident by her lack of legs (which strangely show up in her drawing on the notepad), which is replaced by a blob of her skirt. Her face is grotesque, with strings of fluid branching on her left eye socket and thick layers of ink covering her mouth. Her eye sockets are wide and hollow, giving her a sad/shocked expression. Her top hat has a black string and a white flower that is melting, as well as her fingers, which also seem to be melted to one another, and stick to the floor.
Behavior
Belial is introduced in Night 1, a sketch of her will slowly materialize on the notepad throughout the night. The player has to erase her drawing to prevent her from spawning. The drawing will not continue to form if the notepad is looked at, Belial can only manifest if it is pulled down. If it gets finished, however, the player's screen will turn black for a few seconds, followed with a stinger noise and what seems to be the sound of ink pouring down, as Belial materializes inside the Office. The screen will turn normal again, albeit flickering, and the player can now see Belial twitching in the middle of the Office, making loud crying sounds throughout the night and attracting all threats towards the player way quicker, and even making them unable to go to the Attic.
NOTE: Current patches (2.0.0 or later) have made her mechanic easier, as now the player can enter the Attic even if she materializes inside the Office.

Trivia
- The name is a text word used by the Hebrews and Christians to describe the Devil.[1]
- Belial was the third announced character for Oblitus Casa.
- Belial's appearance is based on the character of the same name in the 1982 movie Basket Case and its two sequels. It was hinted by Nocturnum since August 5th, 2021.
- Furthermore, this is proven when shown in the Christmas 2021 drawing with Willie.
- The paper erase mechanic of Belial first originated from the April Fools Nightmare Before Disney sequel[2] and was then later repurposed for Oblitus Casa afterwards.
- As stated in her Extras description, Belial is the youngest toon out of all of them in the Treasure Island series. In fact, the players can see her grow into existence through a notepad.
- Unlike the rest of the characters, Belial's AI is unable to be customized in the Custom Night and instead remains active in every single night and challenge. Her AI is presumably at the highest difficulty.
- This was changed in the 2.0 version of Oblitus Casa. Her aggression is now dependent on how many other characters are active and what their A.I. level is.
- Originally in 2.0, her A.I. level was supposed to be customizable in the Custom Night. Her Custom Night icon is still left in the game files.
