Acephalous is one of the secondary antagonists in the main story of Treasure Island.
Appearance
Gen 1
Acephalous is a Goofy toon with minor distortions and melting. The one significant change of Acephalous from his Disney counterpart is the separation of his head from his body. His head, however, is not missing, as it can be found in the Freezer. The body is coloured black, and wears an orange sweater, a black vest, blue pants, white gloves, and brown shoes. The head is coloured black with a cream snout and eyelids, and has a green hat with a black strip.
Gen 2
His Gen 2 design maintains his base appearance, but with several slight differences. As seen with his more apparent distortions and melting, his more shorter stature and limbs, and his more smaller and thicker neck.
Behavior
Acephalous becomes active on Night 3 and starts in the Bathroom, taking a direct path to the Office through the Freezer. He appears in front of the desk in the Office, gripping the computer monitor. Stand still by holding CTRL, if the player does not stay still, Acephalous will kill the player, and end the night.

Classic Acephalous is a headless Goofy suit that has a black body, and wears an orange sweater, a yellow vest, blue pants, white gloves, and brown shoes.
The head, however, isn't missing, as it can be found in the Meat Freezer, and is coloured black with a cream snout and eyelids, and has a green hat with a black strip.
Behavior
Classic Acephalous becomes active on Night 3. He starts in the Bathroom and takes a direct path to the Office through the Meat Freezer. To get rid of him, the player must shut off a camera.

In this version of the game, it was planned for Acephalous to reach Character Prep 1 and put on Disembodied. To prevent him from reaching Character Prep 1, the player would have to constantly shut off cameras to push Acephalous back.
Chaos at Treasure Island
Acephalous will move through the cameras on a path towards the Character Prep camera. The player must click on him in the cameras to push him back.

Acephalous is a Goofy suit, with his most noticeable difference being that his head is separated from his body. The head itself can be found in the Meat Freezer. He has a black body and wears an orange sweater, a black vest, blue pants, white gloves and brown shoes, while his head in coloured black with a cream snout and wears a green hat. Much like the other suits, he has a withered appearance.
Behavior
Acephalous becomes active on Night 3. He starts in the Bathroom and will then take a direct path to the Office through the Meat Freezer. The player must hide under the desk to get him away. The player can hear footsteps when he goes away. If the player takes too long or hides too late, Acephalous will kill the player.
